A highly recommended family residing in the USA and worldwide is seeking an energetic, engaging, caring, kind and motivated couple to assist with the care and education of their son.
Applications must be made with your partner. We are not taking individual candidates for this role.
As a couple, you will deliver an education-based programme in line with the young boy’s academic level and encourage him to work at the same level as his peers. You will promote development through a range of daily activities, play and daily routines. Care duties will involve wake up, dressing, mealtimes, health and hygiene and bedtime routines.
The family travels extensively and can spend long periods of time in different destinations. You will be expected to travel with the family, assist with packing the child’s belongings and explore each area like, treating it like a new classroom, integrating him into the local community and culture providing as many learning opportunities.
As professionals working in the home, you will ensure the child is reaching his milestones, teach etiquette, promote good manners, and take care of the young boys well being and safety.

The ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and be willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the family. The skills and experiences between the couple should offer education and care abilities, ideally one professional will be a qualified teacher with solid experience and understanding of the education system. Speaking Arabic for one team member would be beneficial to your application.
The role would suit a couple who love to travel and explore the world.
The working schedule is 5 days on/2 days off. At least one day off per week is guaranteed together. The working hours between the couple should be shared to cover 9 am – 10 pm (to allow for babysitting if required). The family are currently under going a very busy time in their business. Having a couple will offer them the flexibility to ensure care is covered should work emergencies arise.
This is a live-out position with a private bedroom provided in a shared apartment with the House Manager/PA.
Salary is $130,000 – $180,000 gross per annum for the couple.
