A Tutor/Governess is required to join a Canadian family in Moscow to assist in the upbringing, development, care and support of their two children with Special Educational needs.

The Tutor/Governess will be required to work directly with the children, promoting social skills, communication and general development as well as providing a home school environment.

The young girl has Autism and is currently 2 – 3 years behind her peers. The young boy has ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), which is well managed with medication.

Your main focus will be on the young girl and to create a home school environment for them both to enjoy and to encourage learning through fun activities. The parents will eventually enrol them into a suitable school once they have become more settled.

The ideal candidate will be a Tutor/Governess that that is educated to degree level and is experienced with SEN. You will be required to be flexible within your role and offer as much assistance as possible to both child and parents.

The working schedule is 5 days on 2 days off (weekends off). The working hours will be approximately 6 hours per day and will be in the morning to mid afternoon.

This is a live out position with no accommodation on offer.

Preference will be given to candidates already located in Moscow.
