A high profile family is seeking an adventurous, energetic and friendly Governess to care for their 4-year-old son.

As a Governess, you will be required to meet all of the daily needs of the child. You will be responsible for providing a high level of care, meeting both daily routines and developmental milestones.  You will be required to provide fun, engaging lessons following the British curriculum.

Duties will include getting the child up and prepared for the day, mealtimes, cleanliness, bath time and bedtime. You will provide an interactive learning environment for him to promote all areas of development.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS) with experience of working within primary educated. With extensive experience of working within private homes. This position would suit an experienced Governess looking for a new challenge. The Governess should be confident, outgoing, friendly and hard working.

Speaking French is desirable but not essential.

The working schedule is 6 days per week – from 7 am to 8 pm (Monday – Saturday).

The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

This is a Live-in role with a separate bedroom provided in the family home.

The salary on offer is from £1500 per week.
