Full-time English-speaking Governess required for B7, G5 & G2 located in Dubai, £4100 – £5100 per month, start in September.
A high-profile Pakistani/American family is seeking a professional and qualified governess to join them in Dubai to educate and support their three young children.
The two older children study at an international school following the British curriculum and the youngest attends a nursery daily. The two oldest children require additional support with their schoolwork; subject mentoring, and further classes to develop their general knowledge along with etiquette training and social skills.
As a Governess, you will be confident in delivering an array of classes as well as meeting the daily needs of all the children as well as using creative and engaging activities to promote general knowledge and encourage independence at every possibility.
In addition to this, you will be required to maintain the children’s areas to a high standard, and manage wardrobes making sure they are prepared for school each day.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (PGCE) with a warm nature. Previous experience of working in private households is desired. The candidate should have a sense of adventure, and be energetic.
The family travel regularly and you will be required to offer your services during such travels.
The working schedule will be 6 days per week, working up to 10 hours per day.
This is a live-in position within the large family home with a private room and bathroom provided.
The salary on offer is from £4100 – £5100 per month

Requirements:
Qualified PGCE teacher
Experience of working in a private household.
Knowledge and understanding of the British curriculum
A valid driver’s license
