A lovely Indian family residing in Dubai is seeking an adventurous, energetic, enthusiastic governess/tutor to teach and mentor their two children.

As a governess/tutor you will be responsible for educating the children following the American curriculum. This includes all core subjects. You will be responsible for providing lessons following the curriculum, plans educational activities and ensure the boys are reaching their full potential.

In addition to teaching duties the candidate will be required to spend time with the boys after school and to escort them to and from extra curriculum activities.

The two boy were previously educated in a British school but now attend an American school. Therefore the ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the American curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have a PGCE/QTS and extensive experience of working within private homes.  The boys speak Spanish therefore a good level of this would be beneficial to your application.

The candidate needs to be outgoing, independent, energetic, and able to engage the boys in learning.

Working schedule will be 24/6 with one day off during the week.

This is a live in position with a private bedroom provided within the family home.

The family travel extensively therefore a sense of adventure would be beneficial.
