A Canadian/American family residing in New York City is seeking an independent, caring, passionate, and flexible English-speaking Nanny to provide full care duties to their two young children.
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, following an already established routine and schedule, ensuring they are reaching all age-appropriate milestones, and creating a fun playful environment. Additional duties will include preparing meals and tidying up after them.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant childcare qualifications and an up-to-date first-aid certificate. Previous experience working in private households is essential.
The family offers a relaxed working environment, where they would like the nanny to become a family member and enjoy her time with the family.
The working schedule is 5 days on/2 days off (weekends off). Working from 7 am until 5 pm with breaks provided during the day.
This is a live out position with no accommodation provided, therefore only suitable to candidates already located in New York City.
