A Lovely Saudi Arabian family are offering a great package for a qualified teacher to tutor their three children.

The two oldest children have a great level of English and currently attend school following the IB Curriculum. The youngest child will be attending nursery from September and has a basic understanding of the English language.

The Governor/Tutor will be required to work with all three children to support their learning in school (homework assistance, subject mentoring in all core subjects) and develop their language ability. You will be required to create a curriculum for the boys following the IB programme to ensure they are exceeding their peers.

In addition to this you will be required to provide games, play and excursions based on the topic the children are currently studying.

The Governor/Tutor must be patient, energetic, kind and caring but firm when required. Ideally the candidate will be a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS) with classroom experience and able to think fast and change activities to suit the needs and attention span of the children.

The Governor/Tutor must be able to teach the British National Curriculum along with knowledge of the IB Programme.

This is a live in position with a separate bedroom provided.

The working schedule will be 6 days on 1 day off; the children attend school daily therefore most of the lessons will be afterschool.

Salary £1300 per week

Requirements:

Experienced and qualified Governor/Tutor (PGCE/QTS)
Imaginative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, professional
Classroom experience in the UK.
Available to start ASAP
