A recommended Russian family is in search of an intelligent, hard-working and passionate Governess to care for their daughter and assist with their new-born due in winter.

As a Governess you will be responsible for assisting the child with her daily routine and encouraging her to be independent. The young girl will be entering the British educational system in 1 year and you will be required to ensure she is at the appropriate level in all core subjects (Science, Maths & English) In addition to this; teaching great social skills, manners, etiquette and behaviour on a daily basis through every day interaction will be required.

The family requires a Native English speaking Governess who is qualified to PGCE/QTS level with experience of the British curriculum; holding a minimum of 3 years experience with young children.

The ideal candidate will be presentable, intelligent and have a calm attitude.

International travel will be required on a regular basis

This is a live in position with a separate bedroom provided within the family home.

The working schedule will be 6/1 working up to 10 hours per day.

The salary on offer is £1100 + per week

Requirements:

Highly qualified Governess (PGCE/QTS)
Minimum 3 years experience of working with children of this age
Native English speaker
Calm, presentable, hardworking
Experience of the British educational system
