A family from Kazakhstan is seeking a highly professional, skilled and easy-going governess who is confident in teaching, supporting and mentoring their children;

As a Governess your primary focus will be on providing academic support to the children. This will involve tutoring in the core subjects (Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry & English) as well as advancing their speaking skills, critical thinking, reading and essay writing. You will be required to prepare children for top worldwide University entrance exams and develop their studying interest. The children are very keen learners and the ability to promote their skills to the highest standard is expected.

This position is ideally suited to a qualified secondary teacher (PGCE) with experience of teaching the British curriculum. Experience of working in private households is a plus. As the children need assistance with entry exams and therefore experience of such exams is a bonus as well as an interest in science and speaking an additional language (French, Spanish, Russian or German).

The working schedule will be 6 days per week. Working days will be Monday to Friday after school from 3 pm to bedtime and Sunday afternoon (with flexibility required). Saturday is a day off.

Working hours will commence after school and into the evening.

This is a live out position with a separate apartment provided.

International travel with the family will be required.
