CP164 – Native English Tutor for B11 & B14 located in Shanghai, China, £900 – £1100 per week, start August.

A family located in Shanghai is searching for a qualified and professional Tutor to assist their two children with their education needs and development.

As a Tutor you will work as a teacher and mentor. You will provide assistance to both boys (6th grade and 9th grade) to complete their homework assignments, provide further lessons where necessary to aid in ensuring students understand their school work, arrange extracurricular activities for the students, liaise with the teachers and school representatives where necessary and provide regular feedback to the parents.  In addition you will mentor the boys and act as a positive and approachable role model.

Both students speak English and Mandarin fluently.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (PGCE preferred) who is confident in meeting all the academic needs of the children, experienced of working with this age range. A Mandarin speaker is preferred but not essential.

The working schedule will be approximately 4 – 5 hours per day. Working from 4pm – 8pm and every other Saturday for approximately 4 hours.

This is a live out position where a separate apartment is provided (live in option available if preferred).

This position will start 10th August with interviews taking place ASAP

Package:
-Salary from £900 – £1100 per week
