Temporary Full-time Governess required for B7 & G6, located in Slovenia, salary £1000 gross per week. Starting ASAP (two-week contract).
A returning family is seeking a strong, caring, and educated temporary Governess to assist with the upbringing and mentorship of their two children for two weeks. The family will be located in Slovenia and will spend time on a boat in Croatia.
As a temporary summer Governess, you will work with the children daily to immerse them in the English language through structured classes and fun interactive games. You will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children with routines and offer learning at every opportunity. In addition to this, you will be required to manage the children’s schedules, plan playdates, excursions, and educational activities and manage the children’s laundry.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Governess holding PGCE/MA/CELTA and childcare qualifications, with at least 4 years of experience. You will be a strong swimmer, with an up-to-date first-aid certificate and be detail oriented. Holding a full driving license will be beneficial to your application.
This is a live out position with a private apartment provided close to the family home or a private hotel room when travelling.
The working schedule will be 6/1 working from 8 am – 8 pm daily, overtime will be paid for any additional hours.
This position is only suitable for candidates who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19
As the family will be spending time on a boat, it is vital you have good sea legs.
